About Us

The heart of what we are about as a congregation is summed up in our mission statement.

“We are here to celebrate God’s love for us, to share his love with each other and to offer it to our community.”

Celebrating God’s Love: Jesus said “ Where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them.” Matthew 18:20

The church is the people of God gathered around the word of God. It is here we meet with Jesus to hear his word and experience his love. We take the bible seriously and believe that God speaks to us in a way that is relevant to life in the 21st century. We have three different styles of worship on Sunday but in each service God’s word is central in celebrating the wonder of his love.

Sharing God’s love: When God is our Father we are brothers and sisters, part of his family. We want to be a warm welcoming community who encourage and support each other. Spending quality time together is vital so coffee times are important. We also encourage every one to join a Home Group to deepen our fellowship.

Offering God’s love: God’s love in Jesus is not just for us. We are called to be part of his mission to the world. Evangelism, telling the gospel and social concern, living the gospel are the twin pillars of mission. We have something that is worth sharing.
